Not satisfied! This was my 6th car in 8 years that I hade purchased. Mr Bell sales walked me through many different vehicles,and it was kind & patient enough till my family and I we found the right car we c purchased. Mr Bell sales walked me through many different vehicles,and it was kind & patient enough till my family and I we found the right car we choose. My credit score was at 787! I proved to the sales & finance personnel my score and credit history before running my credit.Finance came up with 722 score. Which disqualified me for 0%.It wasn’t credit carma score. I pay monthly fee $50 to track my credit! So that wasn’t fake score. Finance personnel made me buy extra warranty in the car in order to qualify for 0%. I took the deal because they already pulled the car out of showroom also my credit was checked.I Will never buy from them again. Poorly service.Also Mr Bell was very disappointed as much as I was with the outcome. More

I have used the service department for my previous VW, with great results. This led me to look at certified pre-owned VWs for this newer car. Luckily, I was paired with Taft Bell, who "heard" me and foun with great results. This led me to look at certified pre-owned VWs for this newer car. Luckily, I was paired with Taft Bell, who "heard" me and found me the car I wanted, at an equitable purchase price. Very satisfactory experience with Taft, Harry and Aamir. Will spread the word. More

Highly recommend Prestige VW of Stamford!! My one fear about buying direct from a dealership was the typical 'sales pressure' that I've heard from others about buying a new car. I was actually dreading g about buying direct from a dealership was the typical 'sales pressure' that I've heard from others about buying a new car. I was actually dreading going through the process! Now I feel silly for waiting so long, because Prestige VW was terrific from start to finish. Taft was amazing, zero pressure but provided just the right amount of helpful support and guidance to us. I test drove two cars and he was super patient while I made my decision. He went above and beyond to get to the 2nd car that I wanted to test drive since it was in exactly the color that I wanted to purchase. Everyone in the dealership was fantastic I interacted with (Front Desk/Sales Reception, Harry and Amir!) and this process, which I had been dreading, could not have exceeded my expectations more - and that was because of the team at Prestige VW. Highly recommend - you are in great hands with this team! More
