Late Sunday March 16th I inquired about a vehicle for sale through Their online chat the car was listed for sale without pictures, as I live a few hours away pictures are important. Monday the 17th I sent an email again asking for pictures. I promptly received a reply at 12:42 pm stating that a sales consultant would get with me. By 6:46 pm the same day I had not been contacted so I sent a reminder email that I was still waiting. At 6:58pm I was told that the car is still available and it was going through a reconditioning process, still no pictures were sent. At 10:12 pm still on Monday I received an email from a different Sales person stating that I would received pictures tomorrow. On Tuesday Morning at I received an email stating that the car I was interested was sold on Monday Morning. The car was sold hours prior to me me being told it was still available. On Wednesday March 18 at 1:59pm I received an email about a pricing change alert on the car. The same vehicle that I was informed was going through a reconditioning process and was still available but had actually been sold many hours prior. On Friday March 21st at 1:00pm I again received an email on a pricing alert change on the vehicle I had inquired about that had been sold on Monday morning. This is prime example of extremely poor customer service, and one of the may reasons car salesman and dealerships are loathed by many consumers. More

First of all we are grateful for helping us to find a car within our budget. However being a loyal BMW customer in various states, customer service was a bit not what would make to give the experience 5 st within our budget. However being a loyal BMW customer in various states, customer service was a bit not what would make to give the experience 5 stars. The wait & pickup time plus preparation left us without excitment, after we just purchased our Dream car. We were asked 2 days later to pick up the vehicle, after ariving it was not ready, we waited for 45 min to meet with financial customer manager, 1, 5 hrs later car still wasn't charged and clean, we left the dealership in the rush straight to gas station without much explanation how to operate the car, how to charge it, where are the basic navigation for this particular vehicle. We wish you can improve customer services, as it not every day experience to purchase a world-class vehicle. Thank youfor consideration. More

Buying a car should not be such an absolute pain in the xxx. They were so crazy anxious to close a sale. We came to this dealership, even tho is was a 45 minute drive. We did not intend to purchase a car xxx. They were so crazy anxious to close a sale. We came to this dealership, even tho is was a 45 minute drive. We did not intend to purchase a car at that moment, butwe did. They required that my wife drive 45 minutes home to write a check, then send them a picture of the check. Then, they had a driver come to our house to pick up the check. Also, they had my wife send a photo of the check to the dealership but apparently ‘that didn’t work’. I waited until the driver returned to the dealership with the check. The entire process took about 4 hours. Due to the distance and rush hour this process was ery inconvenient and unbelievably time consuming. Honesty, i paid cash for my last three Lexus cars and it was seamless. I will never purchase a car from a BMW dealer again. I was there until way after the dealership actually closed for the day. More
