Felix Diogenes was wonderful: very professional, respectful and applied no pressure! The team was great also: Lauren Hirshowitz and Craig Noe. Craig explained the financial aspects simply and clearly; I couldn’t have been happier. They all made the buying process painless, so it evolved simply and quickly. In 2 days, I was able to get information about the Crosstrek, test drove it, bought it and drove my new car home. I am so pleased with the whole transaction… and it all started with Felix: no pressure which was quite unlike my experience at Toyota. More
