It took me a total of 7 hours to trade in old vehicle & buy new one. Then I had to return today to receive floor mats that were not in the brand new vehicle. I was at dealership for another 1.5 hours for t buy new one. Then I had to return today to receive floor mats that were not in the brand new vehicle. I was at dealership for another 1.5 hours for this. The customer service experience at this dealership is clunky at best. During both visits I was handed off multiple times; each time required more waiting around. Moreover, the finance manager (can’t remember her name) was impatient, hurried and thoroughly un engaging as she attempted do upsell me every step of the way. Honestly now, 4 days later and I still feel like she fast talked me. More
