I found one issue with the annoying windshield wiper, it was addressed and fixed in 30 mins. Jose was a great help got things done promptly, finance was simple cut and dry. Would def recommend. I highly recommend getting there as early as possible to get in and out before the rush. Also, the website advertises that they beat or match your financing offer, but they couldn't come close to beating the rate I got at my credit union (but I'd have been surprised if they could). That aside, I was more than satisfied with my experience buying from Bourne's. My sales associate was Tre Hubbard, who was excellent. Very personable and easy to talk to (a "good salesman" I guess). He went out of his why to make the complex transaction (external financing, registering it out of state) as easy and convenient as possible. I've driven my Subaru STI for 2 weeks and about 700 miles now with no issues, and I'm loving it; my commute is my favorite part of the day! More
