Ironically, I wound up buying the first car I drove because Jose was very helpful, and even lined up the cars I wanted to test drive before I arrived. Ironically, I wound up buying the first car I drove because i loved it so much. It was at the higher end of what I could afford, but they were really great about including all the small things I wanted...like the SD card for the navigation, new battery for the auto start remote, repairing a small piece of rubber on the back hatch window, and even repairing some stitching on one of the leather seats. My friend bought a car here too and is satisfied. They are known for having high quality cars and good customer service. Estoy muy agradecida, José. Muchas gracias! More

There is such a large selection at Bourne's so Sue helped me find a car that was in my budget, fit my needs, and most importantly a car that I loved! There is such a large selection at Bourne's so I had no problem finding something perfect for me. I had no idea what I wanted and I test drove multiple cars but Sue was kind and patient the entire time. Every person there had a smile on their face. Tara was easy to talk to and made signing all the paperwork a breeze. The entire process was easy and relatively quick, I drove my new car home the same day! No one pressured me, I wasn’t uncomfortable and there was no need to haggle because the prices are fair. Kim helped me and allowed me to pick which car I wanted to test drive and allowed me to do so with no problem. I got there at 1pm and bought a car by 4pm. My family and I will be returning for future vehicles. More
