UPDATE: 8/8/25: Lokey refuses to call me back or fix the maintenance plan they sold me. I refuse to take my car to their service department because I literally never want to give them another cent of my mon maintenance plan they sold me. I paid $721 for a maintenance plan that was supposed to include alignments, oil changes, and tire rotation/balances. Instead, Lokey only entered that I would get 14 tire rotations!!! $721 for 14 tire rotations. Warranty company said with a push of a button they could make this right. I've called and spoken with multiple people, left voicemails and even called their accounting department. NO ONE will call me back or help me. Since they will not do that, I'm left with no option but to contact the warranty company about canceling the plan. I literally would rather take this to another service department and pay for the tire rotations and oil changes-that's how much I do not trust this place. *STAY AWAY FROM LOKEY! ORIGINAL REVIEW: Love my Rogue. Don’t love my experience with Lokey. I won’t be going back to buy another car from them. Hopefully their service department is solid, because I’m stuck using it for the next seven years after purchasing a maintenance plan from them (through a warranty company, which I should be able to use at any dealership)—one that I can’t use anywhere else but at Lokey Nissan. Days after the sale, when I had to come back when I realized I did not have the correct extended warranty, I brought it to their attention that the warranty company told me I only have tire rotations included for my maintenance plan, after the Lokey Finance Manager promised alignments, oil changes/filters, as well as other advantages, Lokey said it's a glitch and wrote me an IOU on a piece of paper (which did not include alignments by the way). This means I now have to drive over 30 minutes to THEIR dealership for all my service maintenance needs, which is just not convenient for me. They did include wiper blades on my IOU. I then followed up with the warranty company again, and they confirmed there was no glitch. The dealership simply failed to add the oil changes, filters, alignments, and everything else they had promised (except for tire rotations). The warranty rep even said it would be easy for Lokey to go in and fix it—if they chose to. Instead, I paid $721 for 14 tire rotations and a key fob replacement. The list goes on… sigh. If you decide to go there, know that they have an amazing variety of cars to choose from and ask for Morgan, who is a really nice person to work with from Sales. BUT, when you get to finance, please please ask a TON of questions about the extended warranty and make sure you are getting the one you want. Also, I DO NOT recommend getting the maintenance plan because it does not list out in writing what you are getting. My mistake was trusting I was getting what the finance manager told me. I really wanted to like this place—my salesperson Morgan was fantastic—but unfortunately, that’s where the positive experience ends. More

I have had Nissans for most of my life and have always had a great experience. I recently bought out my lease and shortly after was told I need new tires. I questioned the warranty on the tires since I ha had a great experience. I recently bought out my lease and shortly after was told I need new tires. I questioned the warranty on the tires since I had very low mileage so they checked and turns out they hadn’t been rotating my tires for 3 years. Never once did they recommend it and now I need two tires and proceeded to give me a ridiculous quote. Apparently I have to ask for tire rotations which I never knew. I was really disappointed with the service techs on this one. More

The salesman and his assistant were very cognizant in what I wanted in a used car. After looking at 3 cars they showed me exactly what I wanted, even though it cost more than I wanted to pay.
