He continues to line up the cars we are looking at, puts different methods of purchasing together and the personnel touch of going over the vehicle and follow up. He will pick you up get anything delivered to you and really goes the extra mile. The financing group is also excellent with the different options they have to purchase. Evaluation team does a speedy review of your vehicle and get the best price they can offer, sometimes you still have to "go back and forth" but that is part of the car buying experience. I will say it is best to set up and appointment to get the best experience, just showing up is OK if you are just looking at inventory, but to drive and haggle you really need the appointment do your time is best spent working with sales and not waiting. This dealership is very busy and you can really experience some long wait times 2 to 3 hours if you don't make an appointment. Bayo will also let you know the best time and day to come in where he can spend that extra time with you one on one. More

Effortless and seamless experience with true professionals I have purchased 5 new cars up to this point in my life with the last two being mostly positive experiences. Having said that, this experience today w I have purchased 5 new cars up to this point in my life with the last two being mostly positive experiences. Having said that, this experience today was far and away the most easiest purchase of them all. I initially received an e-mail and a follow up call from Tayla Folco after my internet inquiry on Truecar. She listened to what I wanted and ensured she gave me the exact quote I was looking for the type of vehicle I was interested in.As it turned out, the Sales Manager Bernie Spann was the one I met with when I went to test drive it and he along with salesperson Don Mailloux were the two that I dealt with while onsite. These guys made it so easy, such that the car I thought I wanted turned out not to be the right car for me after all. They didn't push or pressure me but let me figure it out after test driving it and listening to what I felt I didn't like about the car. Then they recommended I test drive a different model. I was unsure but they turned out to know me better than myself. It was exactly what I didn't know I needed. From there, the negotiations were seamless right through to getting my credit applications and financing squared away with Ryan Haxton. He was a gem and didn't try the hard sell with the after sale add-on stuff which he knew would have immediately put me off. In short I walked in, felt I was treated with respect and professionalism and drove home with an awesome car same day knowing i got a great deal. No muss, no fuss, no pressure. The ownership of this dealership should be proud of how the "customer first" experience is truly practiced by the staff I encountered in my buying experience here. Trust me you will not be sorry. More

Fair and Polite I found a good used truck online listed for a fair price. I filled out a form and was promptly contacted by Tayla who is an Internet Sales rep. After I found a good used truck online listed for a fair price. I filled out a form and was promptly contacted by Tayla who is an Internet Sales rep. After confirming via phone conversation that the vehicle I was interested in was still available I headed over to the dealership. Once at the dealership, I encountered Eric Lima who knew exactly where the truck was that I was interested in (a good feat considering the enormous size of the lot). I was given a solid tour of the vehicle which was quickly followed by a test drive. Eric encouraged me to take city roads and highway to get a good feel for the vehicle. After the test drive we went inside to talk price. The facility is very nice. It's clean, comfortable, everyone has a good demeanor and they have free coffee. Negotiations were straight forward and fair and we were able to agree on a price without any of the theatrics that some dealerships are known for. The next business day I was able to return and finalize the deal with the finance department. I did have to wait around for about 45 minutes for the finance representative but it's a comfortable waiting area and did I mention there's free coffee. However, once they were ready for me it was only a matter of minutes to sign the paperwork and drive off with my new ride. Overall it was a pleasant and convenient transaction. I would definitely recommend TASCA to anyone looking for a new/used vehicle. More

Excellent Sales Team It has been about two weeks since I had purchased my 2017 Ford Explorer at Tasca in Cranston. My sales representative Don was excellent and made sure It has been about two weeks since I had purchased my 2017 Ford Explorer at Tasca in Cranston. My sales representative Don was excellent and made sure that any small issues with buying a used vehicle were taken care of such as missing items or small scratches were fixed and it was like buying a new car. I loved how there was no pressure from anyone in the sales team. Don is a great asset to Tasca with many years doing this work. Also the finance manager Kevin was honest and very clear about the terms and all the details of the loan and any additional fees and costs. Jamie Tasca was also very helpful and an excellent part of the company. Tayla in the internet department was very friendly and definitely and I had nothing but a very positive experience speaking with her. I didn’t want to write this review on the first day as I like to make sure everything went well with every aspect of purchasing a vehicle. I also haven’t encountered any problems since I have left Tasca after taking delivery of the vehicle and would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone buying a car. This has been a great experience with excellent service. More

Patient sales process My wife and I intially contacted Tayla via the internet as we wanted information on potentially trading in our Miata Club for a Miata RF. We were int My wife and I intially contacted Tayla via the internet as we wanted information on potentially trading in our Miata Club for a Miata RF. We were interested in seeing the different between the hard top and the soft top. We set up an appointment to visit the dealership. Although we did not purchase the Miata, our salesman Greg was very patient as we took most of the day looking at and driving/discussing other models. We ended up purchasing a 6. The process was easy and low key. I would go back to this dealership anytime. Edit: We received what we thought was a nice thank you note from our Sales Rep, Greg. No, to our surprise, it was a thank you card, with no thank you. Rather, it was an invoice for $58.00. They didn't figure our sales tax correctly. So, even though I have a signed contract and paid the contract, they wanted me to send them another lousy $58.00. Nice way to taint a relationship. More
