I called and spoke with online sales person Angela about a suv. It was being looked at by someone else so we told her to call us if they didn't take it ... she did call us back and in fact we then met Tayl a suv. He took me on the kind of roads I would be driving at home in NC. He facilitated everything was transparent about everything and kept his word on the whole deal. Justice then took us over in the business office and didn't try to "sell us" on anything but just showed us options and why they may be good or not right for us. This Toyota dealership knew as much about this Dodge Durango we bought used from them as any toyota on their lot... Very impressed with everyone there! Professional and family environment and covid precautions intact too! More

He was so personable and knowledgable and explained the various car features very well and how they may fit our lifestyle. He stayed with us to the very end, even helping us transfer our belongings to our new car and taking time to walk us through the navigation features. Cindy knows her stuff!
