Lenzie was very professional and polite while negotiating the framework of my trade and sale. Soon after, Taylor Alton was assigned to be my representative at the dealership. Taylor is the epitome of a professional who understands the concept of customer service. To say the least, I had several expectations with the new vehicle and added accessories. It would be understated if I attempted to acknowledge Taylor’s personal involvement and service. Taylor went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied during and after my purchase. Taylor is a true gentleman and professional and I would highly recommend him future purchases. During our drive back from vacation, Sales Manager, Shane DeFoor, was a constant source to work through some nuisances that occur with any purchase.
