I drove the hour drive to T of C wondering what the"catch" was and anticipating wasting my time trying to save a few dollars. I was pleasantly surprised as soon as I arrived at the friendly, no pressure, family feel of this dealership. Taylor Alton was my salesman and made all the stress of making a large investment vanish. Tim Tanos efficiently handled all the paperwork and explained additional warranty options without the usual pressure to add to the purchase price. Toyota of Cleveland is well worth the few minutes extra drive and will be my dealership home from now on. More
