This experience was so good we decided we should buy another vehicle for my wife, Shane and Taylor guided us through this process where we met with Tim Tanos who guided us thru the paperwork part of the sale, He was very pleasant to work with and double checked every thing so there was no hiccups later on, The following morning Taylor came in on his day off and had both vehicles ready and waiting on us, These are our 3rd and 4th Toyota's and I'm sure we will be back for numbers 5 and 6 Thank you for a great experience Toyota of Cleveland is the best place to purchase ! They recommended a bunch of extra stuff (as all dealerships do), but they weren't pushy about it after I declined them. Monte Burney has this place running like a well oiled machine. Taylor Alton and Mike Covington were great to deal with on the sales side. Alfred Polk efficiently knocked out the paperwork. These folks are really good at what they do - sell lots of Toyotas. If the service department is anywhere near as good as the dealership overall, I will use them for all my service and maintenance needs as well. I cannot comment on that yet, as I just bought the vehicle. More
