best buying experience to date I have bought many cars in my time , being from Georgia usually go twards Atlanta.I had said I was interested in a car in Tennessee . I got a call first thing Monday from Brystal to see if I was still interested in coming to see it I said yes and we set a time .I took a chance and headed to Tennessee. I was greeted by Taylor and a young lady ( forgot her name) he was training her. He showed my the car then , went to work helping me get the numbers right. I told him what I needed the payment to be and he went above and beyond to help me get there. Never once did I feel pressured , they even held it till I could go back to Georgia for some papers even as several others were asking about it. Then I also had a good experience with Alfred in finance . He was very professional and explained everything completely . Finally as we were leaving Taylor noticed that there was a headlight out . He said to come back my next day off and he would replace both for me no charge . I really didn’t feel pressured at any time and they were always asking if I needed anything. I would tell anyone who is looking to give these guys a chance . I defiantly will go back to Toyota of Cleveland for my next purchase and tell everyone how good the experience was. More

3rd time I’ve bought a car from them. I’ve bought 3 cars from Toyota of Cleveland, and also get all of my regular maintainence completed there as well. Theyve also installed suspension lif I’ve bought 3 cars from Toyota of Cleveland, and also get all of my regular maintainence completed there as well. Theyve also installed suspension lift kits on both my 4 runner and my FJ Cruiser. There’s a reason I keep going back to them, they do a great job, and they’re straightforward. All three cars I’ve bought from them I already knew what I wanted, was working on a tight schedule as far as time goes, and all three times they handled everything smoothly, and much faster than I would’ve thought possible. Customer service has always been great there as well. I’ve always had trust issues with car dealerships, but never had anything but the best experiences at Toyota of Cleveland regardless of who I was dealing with. That’s why I keep going back. I’d like to name two employees in particular, Taylor Alton as the sales person from my last purchase; he was very knowledgeable answering the few questions I had and helped me get through the process much quicker than I thought possible. Also like to thank him for going above and beyond and helping me get the car I bought back to my house (I drove there in my other car, and had no one with me.) I’d also like to thank Keith Jackson on the service side, he’s always gone out of his way to help me as well, especially when I’d come to him asking if they could install my lift kits even though it wasn’t a service they offered at the time. Did a great job on those by the way. So anyone still reading this, if you’re in the market for a new or used car and are tired of pushy and obnoxious sales people, go to Toyota of Cleveland. More
