Dropped my wife's 24 Wrangler 4xe off for a recall. It failed the battery tests. Was told they will order a battery and let me know when it is fixed. I asked how long and they said could be 3 or 4 w It failed the battery tests. Was told they will order a battery and let me know when it is fixed. I asked how long and they said could be 3 or 4 weeks. They did offer me a loaner. Called next day to let them know we decided to trade in the Jeep elsewhere. They refused to give my Jeep back and said it had to stay there till they fix it. I called Jeep Corp and they told me that the recall is voluntary and they have no right to keep the Jeep. Went in to get it and took the loaner back. Was told I told you on the phone you cant have it till its fixed. After telling them I already talk to Jeep and other dealership they finally gave me my car back! NEVER AGAIN! More

I would like to say dealing with Taylor has been extremely welcoming . You always hear horror stories about dealerships and I myself have had a bad experience elsewhere, but with that being said Tay extremely welcoming . You always hear horror stories about dealerships and I myself have had a bad experience elsewhere, but with that being said Taylor and Robbie have ALWAYS treated me great, professional and will go above and beyond to get you taken care of. I have had a few Warranty issues with my new Ram and they have always bent over backwards to try and get the issue resolved quickly and smoothly. My Wife and I have purchased several new vehicles from Savage 61 and I can tell you they treat you fairly. We go nowhere else for service on our Ram and Jeep Cherokee. Robert(aka Peanut) is a great guy to make your purchase with. No pressure up front , knows his inventory, all the while being totally honest.
