Tyler was great in Sales! Super patient and worked with my family and I to find the best price, best car, and ultimately make the best decision for our purchase. Came in on the fence about a car and he really sold me. Jeremy was super helpful in Finance. He listened to what we needed and helped us create a plan and package that worked with what we wanted. Super friendly and super personable. Wasn’t going to get any additional things to the car, like protection or additional services, but Jeremy sold us on the necessity and worked with us to find a rate we were ok with. More

The website is good and has a lot of useful information. It would be be better if the chat box would go away. This dealer is enormous. The stock of cars is fantastic. There were many choices at different price points and options, new and used. The prices were very competitive and we searched across the web. We had a great experience with our salesman, Taylor who was very easy to work with, accommodating and knowledgeable about the stock, the car, the options and all our questions. We would be happy to work with him any time. Thanks Taylor! The showroom is spotless (plenty of hand sanitizer), luxurious and filled with snacks, TV, leather chairs, etc. If I had any constructive criticism, it would be that it took a bit too long for anyone to come help us initially and way too long to pay once we were ready. We looked around for too long before the manager came to ask if we were being helped. Everyone there was on the phone and there was no receptionist at the front desk (although there is a desk, it was empty). So I felt like leaving at one point when we were completely ignored. Also, the purchase process took way, way, way too long. Infuriatingly long. I think maybe there was only one finance desk open. Another customer went in just before us and we then had to wait what felt like forever to get our turn to pay. We left and went to the bank, we drove around, we watched the tv. It was well over an hour, perhaps closer to two, before it was our turn at the cashier. This is really annoying when you have a check in your hand for over $100K and nobody wants to take it from you. Really leaves a bad taste in the mouth. The salesman kept apologizing but it wasn't his fault and there was nothing he could do. The finance guy, Jeremy, when we finally got our turn, was very pushy and unpleasant. I suppose if you pay cash and don't finance then they don't make much money. So he tried to sell us every add-on in the book. My husband is a pushover so we wasted $2,500 on something we will never need. He probably gets a raise for this bad behavior, but from my point of view I hated it. I had a good experience with Cody in the service department. He did his best and was nice and easy to work with, and very communicative over text for everything, and I really appreciate it. But overall, they all seemed so overworked and there were so many customers. The whole dealership seems very understaffed for the demand and it was palpable in both the sales and the service. I really feel bad for the workers there. More
