Had to have an emergency tire replacement during a multi-state road trip. Taylor J. on the Service side was incredibly helpful throughout the process, including contacting my original dealer that had multi-state road trip. Taylor J. on the Service side was incredibly helpful throughout the process, including contacting my original dealer that had my coverage plan and outlining how I can get reimbursement (reimbursement portal my original dealer uses isn't open on weekends, not the fault of Wilde). It was also a nice bonus that the dealership was incredibly dog friendly, which helped with the stress as we were travelling with our puppy. More

Went in for routine service on my HRV. Was met by Taylor--I told her my lease was up in 2 months and wanted to speak to someone about what my options would be at that time. She was very pleasant, and Taylor--I told her my lease was up in 2 months and wanted to speak to someone about what my options would be at that time. She was very pleasant, and took me straight to the top man--Peter. He spent probably an hour going over options and was very honest what the (limited) options were given the lack of available new cars. However, that didn't stop him from finding one for me, and with the increased value of my trade-in, my monthly lease cost is now $112 less! Peter then took me to Leticia for the specifics of getting the car, doing the paperwork, etc. When I picked up the car, even though I was getting essentially the same car (HRV) as I'd had, Leticia patiently spent time going over some of the specifics of the car, SHE programed my radio stations while I was meeting with Erik going over the finances, she helped pair my phone, etc--she knew the car well (which hasn't been the case sometimes in the past with other sales people at other dealerships). My experiences with Taylor in service, Peter and Leticia in sales, and Erik in finance was outstanding--stress free, even with the shortage of cars. Thank you all 4 of you! I'll be back in 3 years when my lease is up! More
