Wonderful Dealership. You will like it. My sales rep is well versed in my likes and dislikes and has always been right up front with me. He has always presented himself well and has always been very polite. Great place to do business! I worked with Jennie at Falmouth Toyota and she was just great! She knew the vehicle I wanted to buy. There was no pressure or negative behavior. Just the best. My family and I just bought our 5th car in 15 years from David Digravio at Falmouth Toyota. It isn't because we don't research other cars, and it isn't because there's no place else nearby to buy a Toyota. It's because the customer experience at this dealership is outstanding. They are knowledgeable, responsive, trustworthy and fair. They don't waste your time, and they never make you feel as though you're wasting theirs. There's never any of the unpleasant hassle people resent (and rightly so!) from other dealerships. It's just not a tactic Falmouth Toyota needs to use - why would they, when mutual respect and professionalism work so well! We've also had excellent, long-standing experience with the service department. The staff are efficient, speedily responsive to any concerns, and always fair, friendly and nice. They know me, they know my cars. I appreciate the business philosophy that shows through every interaction at this dealership and never hesitate to recommend Falmouth Toyota to anyone looking for a car. More

I bought my 1st Toyota from David, and from that day forward, I was sold on Falmouth Falmouth Toyota has been "my" dealership for more than 18 years. I bought my 1st Toyota from David, and from that day forward, I was sold on Falmouth Toyota. Since that time, including my current purchase, I have bought 1 new and 1 used Toyota from David. He is attentive to his customer's needs and personal preferences, which is part of what makes the sales experience a positive one. The rest of the sales team is just as professional and attentive to detail. The same is true of the service department. Tony and Taylor have especially been incredibly supportive and attentive throughout the years of maintaining my vehicles. The staff at Falmouth Toyota truly treats their customers like family. Their honesty, reliability, professionalism and trustworthiness are traits that are above and beyond the average. (My experience with multiple dealerships that I dealt with prior to buying my first Toyota gives me valid reasons to make such comparisons). Painless My first lease ever was for a 2011 Highlander from Steve S. My 2nd lease ever was for a 2014 Highlander from Steve S. including the return of the 2011. When picking up the 2014 Highlander; my wife and I were met and thanked by the "Senior" Mr. Murphy in addition to his son, Tom. Follow-ups from the General Manager and Service Manager followed shortly thereafter. A very painless experience with committed professionals at the sales (Steve), finance (Peter) , internet sales (Tom) and service disciplines (Tony, Jesse & Taylor). They had all the answers and a very fair deal. Impressive! I had kidded the dealership that prior to the 2011 lease, I had never purchased or leased a Toyota from Falmouth Toyota. However, those Toyota vehicles (Camry and Landcruiser) I purchased had received all their service from Falmouth Toyota which is an outstanding service facility. It is great to report that all the other disciplines seemed t have caught up with service. More

Another Great Experience at Falmouth Toyota Went in after receiving an email and wanted to talk about car options and lowering my monthly payment. Anthony had been promoted to management but asked John to help us out and go over our options. We looked at another Camry, a Prius and a Corolla. We test drove all three cars and although it was getting close to closing time, they stayed with us and helped us select the newly designed Corolla. John was very knowledgeable on the accessories of all the cars and I left feeling very happy and picked the car up a couple of days later. Although it is my car, my wife likes driving it more than I do.... More

Craig Kinney was the salesperson I dealt with and he made the buying experience very pleasant. I went to Falmouth Toyota because the last time I bought a car was ten years ago and I remember how well I was treated then. They did not disappoint! I had a remote starter installed and Taylor Voner handled that process for me. Again, I was treated with great courtesy while I was there. Thank you for a wonderful experience! More

I really liked my experience with the dealership and Jack Moloney the sales rep. Jack was very positive, friendly and knowledgeable about the car and dealership. I visited early on in my car buying process February and not buying until May or June. I asked not to be harassed and I would be back as I loved my last RAV 4. Jack respected that request, he reached out once and then waited until I was ready. That level of respect for the customers wishes goes a long way and when I was ready there was no doubt of my return to Falmouth Toyota and of course to Jack. He helped make this whole buying experience a very pleasant one. I hope I won't be ready to buy another car soon but when the day comes my first and more than likely my last stop to purchase a car will be to Jack and Falmouth. When I picked up the car Jack was waiting for me and was ready at the time I told him I would arrive. The finishing steps were done, paper work etc,, the first service appointment was scheduled, then the inspection and sticker was applied. At that time Jack took me out to the car and took all the time I needed to show me all the new and updated features on my new car. I love the car and truly had an extremely positive with the purchase, Jack Moloney and Falmouth Toyota. My experience with the dealership also extends to their service department in the years I had my last Toyota. All those I have had the pleasure to interface with have been wonderful.
