We have been using Falmoth Toyota since we first moved here in 1991 for all our needs. Recently (Jan/2014) we purchased a used 2008 Highlander and the salesman, Mark Faria, was very easy going and laid b here in 1991 for all our needs. Recently (Jan/2014) we purchased a used 2008 Highlander and the salesman, Mark Faria, was very easy going and laid back. Absolutely no pressure, which was just what we were looking for. He is a fairly new salesman with Falmouth Toyota but I will be recommending him to anyone who is in the market for a vehicle. He did not come across as over confident, which I have seen in others, which is a huge turn off. We know that Toyota makes a great product, reliable and dependable so you don't have to convince us and when he didn't have an answer for our questions, he did not try to dodge it, he simply said he didn't know but would find out. We went in with a different vehicle in mind but walked out with a Highlander and we could not be happier. Absolutely no buyers remorse! I would also like to acknowledge the finance manager, Peter, everything was very straightforward and clear. From start to finish we were in and out in under 4 hours and we test drove 4 different vehicles before we made a decision. I would also like to send a "shout out" to the service dept. Both Taylor and Tony have been my go to people when it comes to maintaining our vehicles and I would not be going to Falmouth Toyota if it weren't for their outstanding knowledge and customer service though out the years. They truly are like family as they have seen me at my best and worst and have always had the patients to deal with my questions. I bought my last two cars from Ronnie Sjahfiedin and I can honestly say I have never trusted any dealership as much as I do as with Falmouth Toyoto. That's priority in my book. As for Ronnie, he is exceptional and he was instrumental in helping me get more money for my 2004 Corolla from my insurance company from the car accident I was in. I truly am so appreciative for their help, their honesty and their care. I wouldn't switch Falmouth Toyota with anyone. Most of all I love my new car and (I loved my old one). More

I purchased my first Toyota Camry from Falmouth Toyota January 2011. I was pleasantly surprised at the financing package I qualified for with Toyota Financial. I had that car until my husband totaled it January 2011. I was pleasantly surprised at the financing package I qualified for with Toyota Financial. I had that car until my husband totaled it in a bad car accident. We just purchased our 2007 Toyota Camry in October 2013 from Falmouth Toyota. We were able to pass on the 2002 Toyota Echo to my son. As a result of the accident, we were in need of another vehicle. We went to Falmouth Toyota and spoke to Ron. We told him what we want and the monthly amount we could afford. Within a few days, Ron called us with information about the 2008 Toyota Camry. By the third week of November 2013, the team @ Falmouth Toyota worked out a deal for us that we could afford and met all our needs. We have told EVERYONE we know about the dedication and patience they had with our situation. We wouldn't consider purchasing a vehicle from any where else after the star treatment we received at Falmouth Toyota! More

I went to Falmouth Toyota because I have been a customer since 1976 and they have always taken care of me. I did not feel that any of the Toyota models were what I wanted for the first time in 37 years so I since 1976 and they have always taken care of me. I did not feel that any of the Toyota models were what I wanted for the first time in 37 years so I asked them to find me a used Lexus RX350 to keep it in the Toyota family. I have beend very satisfied with all my experiences at Falmouth Toyota. They came through with 2012 Lexus with only 17500 miles on it. I thought I was going to have to buy a 2010 to get a Lexus for an affordable amount but they they came through with a fantastic deal. I am very pleased with the whole experience. Taylor in service spent a lot of time with me talking about different models, Mike Conroy really listened to what I wanted adn Coby was great explaining all the features of the Lexus. More
