Just purchased 3rd and 4th car from this dealer. I put on a lot of miles and am in service monthly for oil changes etc. Making an appointment is easy, getting in on time is the norm, as is getting out within a lot of miles and am in service monthly for oil changes etc. Making an appointment is easy, getting in on time is the norm, as is getting out within the allotted time. They recommend only the services recommended by the manufacturer at that point in time and they give you lead time on upcoming issues; tires, brakes etc, so that you can plan for that expense at a future visit. Several times they have gone above and beyond normal warranty service including giving me a car for a week when my Corolla (I might expect this at a Mercedes dealer or other high end store but not for an $18,000 Toyota) needed time in the shop. Recently, without my asking, they offered to split a part replacement on a part that was 10,000 miles out of warranty. Sales staff have always been helpful and patient with me as I try to do my due diligence, they do what they say they will and they do it promptly. More

The service, from the phone call to make the appointment, to welcome I receive and the time service takes to explain, to the people who give me a receipt, is impeccable. I have spent most of my career in client relations and service. I am very picky about quality service and this dealer gets an A+. They are professional, friendly and care about the customers they service. They build relationships. I spent the summer researching "non-toyotas" just to see the difference and if there was something else out there that fit my needs. I visited several dealerships and worked with many people. I ended up back at Falmouth Toyota. I worked with Ken Collings who I'd recommend STRONGLY if you need a new/pre-owned or leased car. He knows his product and explains everything in detail. He understands what it's like to be in the customer's position and worked with me to help me work out all the details I needed to work out to purchase my pre-owned PRIUS. I felt comfortable and that he was being straight with me about all details. Today (10/5/11) I visited Falmouth Toyota for perhaps the 6th time over the past four years or so. I am 45 years old, and I have no friends or relatives who work at this dealership. Nevertheless, in my opinon, Falmouth Toyota is the most amazing business I have ever encountered in any category. I hear many commercials on local radio, wherein the owner of Falmouth Toyota, Matt Murphy, touts his dealership's focus on customer. Many other busiesses pay for similar commercials. Falmouth Toyota, however, is among perhaps .000001% of business which publically commit to customer satisfaction that actually delivers. And it delivers to a degree which makes me pinch myself to make sure that I'm not in a make-believe world of some kind. I have numerous specific examples of outstanding customer service, and personal interaction with the Falmouth Toyota staff, particularly in service, that would fill several pages. All of it can be summmed up, however, by repeating that this is the most pleasurable and customer care oriented business I have ever encountered in my life. I was given an estimate of over $2000 to fix something in the front end of my Camry. I drove it up to make an appointment, Tony listened to my complaint, rolled up his white sleeves, got under the car, fiddled with something and told me I was all set. He charged me nothing and completely solved the problem! The service department has always been very helpful and efficient and willing to advise me toward other ways to get a job done, when I couldn't afford the Toyota parts. Everyone I know really likes this dealership. More
