We purchased a used 2009 Nissan Rogue for our college daughter, we had a small budget but they actually had 3 cars in our budget, we chose the one with half the mileage of the other two cars. We have had two repairs in less than 3 weeks, one was the sensor for the tire pressure (light was on when we bought the car - they stupidly told us it would go away after being driven for 30 miles?!?!) and the other repair was the air conditioning/compressor to the tune of $1400 when the AC broke in the middle of Oklahoma in 103 degree heat. The sales guy was real nice during the sale and test drive, appeared like he actually cared that our daughter had a reliable car given she was so far away from us at school...nope he wasn't, it was all his used car salesman act. NO help with the repair and took a few days to even reply to us. We will not be returning to Lou Sobh Honda for a new or used car or any service ever. They could have cared less that we had two repairs in less than 3 weeks after our purchase. Now we sit waiting for the car to fall apart for our kid at college. Very disappointed in this dealership. I expected more from Honda. We have owned 5 Hondas over the years, won't be returning to Lou Sobh for another. More
