Ted was busy and I was in a hurry, so I asked if I could leave a note for him. The receptionist insisted on getting someone else to help - enter Scott Fain. No matter how much I explained I was in a hurry, not buying that day, and ONLY came in to see what colors were available, he pushed for a sale, making me very uncomfortable. I only ever wanted Ted. I went in to Service my old Honda and decided to look at new cars while I was there. I had the pleasure to deal with Ted Mierz (Sales Consultant) and Reza Moshiri (Sales Manager). I explained to both of them that I was looking for a good price without much hassle and they both immediately listed to my needs and showed me the best car buying experience I have ever had. They were completely up-front and transparent from the beginning. My wife came over to look at possible cars and the treatment that they provided to my wife was outstanding. They listened to her needs and likes and made recommendations accordingly.
