However, there was one exception to our experience. That was Jim. I'm not sure what his position is with the dealership, but I think he needs to work on his people skills. I felt like he was talking down to us and maybe even thought we were ignorant. I'll just say a contract is not a contract until it's signed. Although the service department was not directly involved in our purchase, I'd like to say that Heather is top notch!! More
