Great service! Ted made car buying fun. It was easy...we looked at cars one night and the next day were able to drive off the lot in a new car with our trade-in and all paperwork taken care of. our salesman, Ted Rau, was not pushy and did a nice job introducing us to the vehicle. Business Manager Lennon Askew was well prepared so as not to cost us too much time to complete the financial aspect, introducing us to the vehicle. Business Manager Lennon Askew was well prepared so as not to cost us too much time to complete the financial aspect, although he really pushed the Auto Butler options and I screwed up and got the Auto Butler detailing option, not realizing it's not transferrable to another new vehicle in 3 years, which is usually when we buy. Also, it's a 2 hour drive to Erie for us and up to 4 hours to detail the car. I really screwed that one up.....John Woodruff is a great guy- a real pleasure to deal with.... very personable, friendly, and down-to-earth kind of guy. I will certainly ask for him when I buy again! More
