I'm driving and enjoying my new Subaru! And as I get used to the pleasure of a new car, it occurred to me that other than buying a house -- buying a new car is the most time intensive, cos And as I get used to the pleasure of a new car, it occurred to me that other than buying a house -- buying a new car is the most time intensive, costly, and often frustrating -- purchase you can make! And, yet the road to buying this car was FUN! pardon the pun... Even my dog, Cody, LOVES my new Subaru Crosstrek. He hopped right onto the passenger seat and curled up! In many ways, that said it all. My sales representative - David Reyes-Guerra was excellent, and made the process easy for me. David helped me identify the Crosstrek with the options I needed, arranged a test drive and managed to find the exterior color I wanted!. We discussed the options including (buy vs. lease) over coffee. I met many employees as we walked through the functional areas of the building. I never felt rushed, and left with everything taken care of - including a first service appointment! On the day I took delivery, David walked me through the actual workings of the car (VERY different than what I had before). To sum it up - I have the car I wanted - and the road to this acquisition was friendly and fun! THANK YOU! More

We sat and discussed all the options & he walked me around the facility to look at the inventory they had. I ended up waiting for a new 2023 Crosstrek to come into the dealership. I had a GREAT experience working with David and leasing my new crosstrek. Working with Tom, Finance Manager, was quick and painless.
