Chris listened to what I wanted in a car, responded with various options and ultimately introduced me to the car I leased. Diana took the time discuss the merits of and options on the vehicle (highly rated by Consumer Reports), both in the office and on the road test. Also received some background on the dealership and its good works in the community, all making for an easy decision to purchase the Ascent from Garavel. As a parting gesture (and a nod to my being Garavel's first buyer of a 2020 vehicle this year) Teddy gave me festive balloons :) More

I went in wi This is the 6th Subaru we have bought and our 4th from the folks at Garavel. I am one who wants to ENJOY the process of buying a new car. I went in with that attitude and met Sergio. I told him upfront that I didn’t want to haggle, had done my homework previous to coming in, knew what I wanted, asked him if they had inventory and to quote me his best price. And that’s EXACTLY what he did. Perfect!! The whole process took about an hour. From Valerie who greeted me at the door and made feel so welcome, to Sergio who walked me through the sales and trade in process, to the manager Teddy who was EXTREMELY helpful, to Tom in finance who guided me through the purchase process, I NEVER ONCE felt like I was being sold to. Just the feeling of being delivered what I came in for. I will NEVER buy a Subaru from any one else but the Garavel Family dealerships and the true professionals they employ. Whatever the customer service training program you all have, keep it going!! Thank you all again for such an enjoyable car buying experience. More

He explained everything thoroughly and answered my questions clearly and precisely, Which made it possible for me to make an informed decision. After I had purchased my car, Andy sat with me to show me how everything works inside the dash. He spent a lot of time teaching me how to use the features on the screen, what each and every button, knob, or lever on and around the dash does, when and how to use them. Andy is a master explainer, and when I drove off the lot in my newly purchased CrossTrek, I felt completely confident and comfortable in my car. I have never experienced such a strong commitment from a sales person to easing my transition into driving a new automobile. All of this occurred after the sale was closed, of course, and yet Andy continued to be helpful and eager to please! Andy’s ease in understanding the customer’s experience really impressed me. His empathy and concern won me over, and I am now a Garavel fan! More
