Dave Novak was extremely patient during all the test drives and let me make up my own mind, with no pressure, and was uniformly helpful and factual. After I elected for a 2020 Outback (Premium features) I was walked through all the options with a clear understanding of how the price point was arrived at. Although ordering in early/mid September and being promised a vehicle only in Nov/Dec, the order arrived as early as Sep 27th. I have bought vehicles of other models makes before but no dealership has spent the amount of time introducing the vehicle features (a full hour and a half plus) until the new owner was familiar and comfortable with driving the vehicle off the lot. Altogether, the people of Garavel Subaru made the car buying experience delightful. More

We showed up to Garavel Subaru My husband and I were just 'shopping around' for cars with no full intention of actually making an immediate purchase. We showed up to Garavel Subaru on a random Saturday to look at cars the end of July. We are prior Subaru owners and trust the brand. We walked in and was greeted by Evelyn Santiago with a smile and bubbly attitude. We talked about our immediate needs and thoughts about what we would like to look at. We looked at two cars and she immediately said "Let's go for a drive." We were shocked and took her up on her offer to test drive a Forrester and an Outback Wagon. After some wavering back and forth, my husband and I decided to bite the bullet and buy a new car. When we picked up the car a few days later, after signing all the needed paperwork, Evelyn took 45 minutes explaining everything inside and outside of the car. Every nook and cranny was covered!! Even the manager gave us a little gift of music :) We are very happy with "Sabrina" our newest family member and we have Evelyn to thank for our purchase!! Thank you so much!! More
