I recently just ran into a MAJOR REPAIR on that same DODGE and got a QUOTE.... WELL I called ELMWOOD & told them there is just NO WAY I could afford that right now but I did need the car back. Well the FINE FOLKS there including Dede Silva & Jim Verdoia looked into this matter. Loving my new truck I have been a customer of Elmwood's for several years. When it was time to find a new vehicle, I looked there first. I had received a call from Enie I have been a customer of Elmwood's for several years. When it was time to find a new vehicle, I looked there first. I had received a call from Eniezer Rios asking if I was in the market, so when I went down to look at a few I saw online, I asked for him. He was very knowledgeable about both of the cars my wife and I were interested in. After a couple of test drives, we settled on a car and began the process. He was very helpful getting the deal done, and when I returned to take delivery, he was even more helpful as I wanted to have a few things taken care of. He was very friendly and courteous, and great to deal with. Overall, I am not an easy customer to deal with, Eniezer was very professional, and I am very happy with the car and the deal I got. The finance guy, Vinny, is also awesome to work with and will take good care of you, and I'm very pleased to have him wrap up all the paperwork. Highly recommend Elmwood for all your Chrysler Group needs. More
