Ford of Piotr Richey has an amazing sales team and staff headed by their excellent General Manager. You are made to feel like a part of the family. This Ford location forces you to take their "Ford Advantage" plan which they work into the price no matter how many times you say you don't want it. They take your rebates away and zero out the plan Advantage" plan which they work into the price no matter how many times you say you don't want it. They take your rebates away and zero out the plan and tell you they removed it. Very untrustworthy dealership that I'm sure takes advantage of hundreds of unaware customers. I would never recommend them to anyone. The initial sales person was very nice, I feel bad that the rest of the staff ruined what was a straight forward sale for him. More

Salesman was top dollar. Fabulous guy. I would buy 10 more cars from him if I could. He made me feel comfortable and confident when making a big decision.
