Which says so much about his character and his commitment to prov Terrence Brake was so helpful throughout the whole process! He is a man of his word! Which says so much about his character and his commitment to providing exemplary service! He truly cares about his customers and works really hard to assure all goes smoothly from start to finish! Even after I drove off the lot with my newly purchased vehicle, he was there assisting me with all my questions and concerns. He quickly answered and/or responded to all of my calls and texts, providing me with all the information I needed to be fully knowledgeable about my car and purchase. He goes well beyond what a salesman might do, even after the deal is done! I bought a used car and he personally fixed and replaced a missing door handle himself at the dealership! The handle is brand new and looks great! Something he personally didn't have to do, he could have passed on this kind of "repair job" to someone else, while he moved on to make another sale! I could have waited for months, but he got it fixed right away! He made sure my car was cleaned and vacuumed that day as well! He also took the time to answer all my remaining questions and concerns about all the gadgets and gizmos these newer cars have today! It was like I was conversing with the car manual itself! He went well beyond what any other car salesman would do! Kind, courteous and respectful from the start! I never felt pressured, and I only felt truly positive about my interactions with him. He got me the car that I wanted, (and to my surprise) I was able to drive off the car lot that very same day! Me is truly a miracle worker! Honestly! I would recommend Terrance Brake to anyone looking to purchase a car used and/or new! He is amazing and truly a kind, decent and courteous person! Many blessings to him, because he deserves it! PS: I don't like conversing and/or dealing with salespeople to begin with, so for me to write a review like this for "any salesperson" says alot, not about me, but about your employee! Terrence Brake deserves employee of the month, simply for winning my positive review! More
