Terry was all business and could have spent a bit more time building rapport. He came with me on the test drive and could have explain more about the function buttons (ECO mode, Power mode, What is the B time building rapport. He came with me on the test drive and could have explain more about the function buttons (ECO mode, Power mode, What is the B stand for on the drive stick, etc) I came home and had to study the owners manual to figure out how to direct the defrost for my front windows, how to turn off heated seats, etc. I can't expect a full demo, just a quick review would have been nice. He did go the extra mile to make it easy for me to purchase the car. No worries. More

My husband and I went to this dealer because we wanted to check into Toyotas, we have been VW people thusfar but wanted to try a different make this time around. The salesman we had was pushy in telling us we had to make a decision today on a used vehicle because if we don't it will be gone. He also would not give us the trade in value on our car unless we chose a vehicle. When I mentioned that we do not generally buy the first day of looking at vehicles - he asked us "why are you here?" "why are we doing this?" "Come back when you want to buy!" We are grateful for the variety of vehicles that were available for us to climb in and drive to see what works for us. We did leave thinking we really like the Rav4 but were not willing to make a decision that day which we conveyed to Terry and he told us he knew an hour ago we were not going to buy. His loss. We may have bit the bullet had he given us a trade in value and just not been so rude. We took our business elsewhere and purchased a vehicle today- 2 days later and the first vehicle we climbed in. We did not do much thinking because we like the dealer and the salesman. More

I purchased a 2019 toyota Tacauma with 1900 miles, still brand new. I'm having major problems with vibration and wobbling. I have made several phone calls with no response back. I tried calling the finance dept and they too have never responded. very customer service.
