Stopping in, by chance, to Tucson Subaru, we found a calm atmosphere. The lot and sales floor was crowded but not a "hustle and bustle" environment. We knew what we could afford in a new vehicle but didn't think we could the vehicle we fell in love with. Mr. Woessner worked diligently, with us and our hesitation, to make this dream car affordable. He explained how the process would have no hidden fees or agenda. The number he quoted is the amount we are paying!!! Thank You Kevin for your honesty and integrity! Now, moving forward to meet the finance department ... Uh oh, here comes the shell game BUT Mr. Ascencio was fantastic with us. He had all the paperwork prepared and explained each article and any questions we had. No hidden costs!
