Everyone at this dealership from the people at the front desk to sales staff and service personnel greets me with a smile on their face and the general attitude that I am important to them. That is so different from other businesses! The people I deal with seem to have the answer to my question at their fingertips. My small concerns seem to be of vital interest to them to make sure that I get the right answer to my question. I would recommend Tucson Subaru to anyone and have told my friends they need to go see Joe or Terry when they're ready to buy a new car. More

But they did take the time to show us all the features on our new car even taking us out on test drive. We have bought many cars in our time and this was by far the best experience we have ever had. I have already visited two other lots prior and long for a Subaru......this is just exhausting. Upon arriving at the Subaru dealership my husband and i are detracted by the beautiful Subaru's and realize no one has bothered us yet. We walk into the lobby where we actually request to speak to a sales person, which is cool. We have the pleasure of meeting the lovely Ken Murch. Talk about a no b.s. experience. I tell him what i want and he delivered. I highly recommend this location and Ken Murch. This by far is the most friendly staff and the most stress free car purchase I have ever made. More

When I bought my car we noticed there was some sort of corrosion on the battery, but that wasn't an issue and they changed it out for me about a week later. They take care of their customers, and there definitely isn't any of the stereotypical "pushy car salesman" vibe at all. Very pleasant experience. More
