Fast, Friendly, and Professional I was greeted by a service technician almost immediately in the spotless drop-off area, everything was explained, and I went to the pleasant lounge to I was greeted by a service technician almost immediately in the spotless drop-off area, everything was explained, and I went to the pleasant lounge to wait, The lounge is roomy and comfortable, and has newspapers TVs, a play area for kids, cookies, coffee, and fruit. Although I had been told that service would take an hour, it was done in 45 minutes. I heard a service person apologizing profusely to another customer for being three minutes over an hour. They clearly take their time estimates seriously. My service person explained everything that had been done, and I noticed a display of belts and filters and other parts, to help customers understand some of the service procedures. Going in for service is an enjoyable experience here. More
