We Had a bad experience on our last visit this visit was much better thanks to Isaiah. He Really cared. Shawn was our tech, we bought new tires we got the works!! my husband told him if I buy all of this wi much better thanks to Isaiah. He Really cared. However when they brought the car out the car had not been detailed my husband brought it to his attention he said give me 30 minutes will take care of it!! we waited another 30 minutes and he returned the car that he had taken to the station down the street and ran it through a car wash!!! we have a 2017 Tahoe we do not run through car washes!!! we were very very upset and very disappointed my husband questioned if you will tell me you’re doing this and I can see you haven’t done it what about the work did ?? Did you not do that either. We spoke with Ken Harris he was nice and we spoke with Tim he was also nice. But When we got there they tried to put us back with Shawn we told Isaiah the issue and that we were just gonna leave that we did not wanna go back to him after that bad experience!! so Isaiah took us under his wing and it was a blessing Thank You Isaiah God Bless More

Horrible communication with service advisor, Mr. Price, I believe. I received no call that my vehicle was ready I had to cal at 5:30 and was told that Mr. Price was not in.
