I know this sounds crazy but I almost look forward to my Bradshaw Service and Sales visits. I would not even consider going to another dealership either for a service or sales visit even though it's a 30-40 Bradshaw Service and Sales visits. I would not even consider going to another dealership either for a service or sales visit even though it's a 30-40 minute drive each way. I always enjoy chatting with my Service Rep. Terry Kitchens. I always trust his advice for anything having to do with my vehicles. More

Rattle in Door Dropped off truck for rattle inside cabin. Truck was kept for 2 days, still exactly as it was immediately getting into vehicle. Read reviews online hundreds of people with same issue. Disappointing driving a 2020 Truck that is not as sound as a another 20 years older. Terry was easy to work with and offered to have it washed. Problem not resolved after 2 days is the complaint. Would try a different service department for these type issues. More

Warranty transmission repair. This service was handled very well. I was not happy to have trouble with the transmission after only 46,000 miles and less than 2 years.
