The visit this time was good. David made sure I was taken care of. Prior to this visit the communication was horrible. It took me from Dec2019 until April 2010 to get my car in. I won’t be coming back for care of. Prior to this visit the communication was horrible. It took me from Dec2019 until April 2010 to get my car in. I won’t be coming back for routine maintenance like I was before. I will not be recommending this dealership or sign it’s praises to family and friends. When I’m told that I will be called and it doesn’t happen over and over again, that warm fuzzy feeling is gone. More

Allisa was helpful leading up to the service appointment to coordinate the over night stay of my car. She provided me with a rental car and coordinated the appointment with Terry to have the work done to accommodate my schedule rather than hers. Terry was quite helpful in following through with the service. More
