Sent list of discounts to me and when I get there they said only one discount at a time.. Service tech was nice. I felt like aninconvenience to most of the other staff. No one helped me in getting large items out of my car while having a baby with me. I've been I felt like aninconvenience to most of the other staff. No one helped me in getting large items out of my car while having a baby with me. I've been treated better at the Lexus dealerships. Most of the staff needs a lesson in customer relations. Billing is also very misleading. Additionally, it's been 5 days since I picked up my car. I've been waiting for a callback on an open item since. Communication is not very reliable. When I madey appt,I communicate what I wanted. When I got to the dealership, it was a wasted trip. Then I waited almost a week for the person to call to set up my loaner car. My service technician was nice- the dealerships practices and service needs to be retrained. More
