I have had my new 2021 Highland for a month now and I can truly say how much I enjoy it as well as my experience in settling on it and the purchasing process! Dan McDonell made this all happen as he has done in the past for our family. This Highlander will make it the 7th purchase from him and the team at Wilde Toyota. Dan listened to my needs and made suggestions that I had not fully thought of like taking another look at the 2nd row captain’s seats. All my past vehicles had bench seats and that was the direction I was going in, because it was familiar. I love them now as do all my passengers. One aspect which is part of the buying process, is going through the business department but here too, it was a pleasant experience because we worked with Phill Lo again. He understood what our needs were and moved us through the department answering all our questions in a smooth and orderly manner.
