Thom was a thoughtful and conscientious salesman. We knew it would take a long time for the car to arrive and felt it clearly wasn't the dealer's fault that it was such a long wait (4 months). I especially appreciated Thom's patience as I became familiar with the car and two of his associates were extremely helpful in sorting out how to use the online systems. It was heartening to see people who work together acting as a team in that way. The only negative aspect of our experience was that we were expected to pay an extra $300. for floor mats we had not ordered and seemed to have no possibility of declining them. More
