My 21-year-old car had finally had so it was time to grab something new. I had been eyeing up a Corolla hatchback for months and finally decided to reach out. I had found a car that had Peaked my interest on Sunday and sent a message via the Wilde Toyota website. The next day Amanda has contacted me. She was very responsive and and provided the information requested in a timely manner. An appointment was set for that same day to go look at a vehicle. Thanks Amanda! That evening I arrived and Amanda was no longer there for the day so Thom stepped up to help. Thom was great and very personable. It was as if buying a car from an old friend, very laid back and no pressure. Thank you Thom! Ian was the man behind the scenes that made it possible for me to roll home in a new Corolla that very night. He was able to expedite the information and rebates to have everything set that made that possible. Otherwise, it would have been a three to five day wait. Thank you Ian! He took the time to personally thank me for my purchase. Thank you Ian! Waquas, or ‘Q’ as he was referred to was the finance guy. He was patient as we negotiated and it was very late in the evening. He was able to give a deal on the coverage package I felt was fair and explained everything well. Thank you ‘Q’! After an AWFUL experience with Toyota of Brookfield we decided to try Wilde Toyota; best decision we made. We already knew what we wanted and the first salesman to come up to us-the super nice Jake Polley decided to try Wilde Toyota; best decision we made. Thom was friendly, professionally fun, informative and had us in a test drive in less that 10 minutes. Ian Johnson the new car sales manager was very kind and took the time to connect and chat with us. They worked with us to pay off our trade in and got us to a monthly payment we could afford. P.J our finance manager was very efficient in preparing paperwork and had us signing and driving away in no time. We had a pleasantly relieving experience and will definitely come back if we need to shop Toyota again. More

Thom was excellent at all of these, in addition to being funny and matter-of-fact when each was called for. He was very attentive to our time and gave generously of his. He was candid and that built trust. We were extremely pleased. Tessa was pleasant and informative, prior to our arrival, about the models available for viewing and test riding. David was attentive as the manager and was very practical and efficient in helping us close the sale. Charles was personable, not pushy in sales but very informative and very respectful of our time.
