I HAVE BEEN IN THE CAR BUSINESS FOR OVER 15 YRS. I STARTED AS A SERVICE PORTER, MOVED TO DETAIL FOR 1YEAR BECAME A DETAIL MANAGER, WAS A DETAIL MANAGER FOR 7YEARS, MOVED TO SALES DID CAR SALES FOR 6 YEARS DID FLOOR SALES AND INTERNET MANAGER.I HAVE TRAINING FROM DISNEY, RITZ-CARLTON,AND BERKSHIRE HATHAWAY. I STARTED IN SERVICE IN JULY/ 2019 AFTER A FEW YEARS OUT OF THE CAR BUSINESS. I HAVE A BEAUTIFUL SON THAT IS MY WHOLE WORLD. I ENJOY THE OUT DOORS, FISHING, 4 WHEELERS, COOKOUTS, BEACH AND POOL DAYS, AND BEING WITH LOVED ONES. I WAS BORN IN LEXINGTON, KY BUT HAVE LIVED IN VARIOUS PARTS OF FLORIDA SINCE I WAS 6 YRS OLD

Service is very slow. They overbook and the customer ends up waiting for a very long time. I came in for an oil change, it took 2.5 hours to get it finished. Ridiculous. I’m not understanding the point in making an appt when it takes forever anyways. The free oil changes aren’t worth it, I’ll just pay at a quick lube place and be in and out within 15 mins next time. Not worth the wait. More

Jeff Beauregard made my car buying experience wonderful. He was very informative & knowledge about the different model’s features and guided me to the choice I love - a Grand Highlander. He programmed my ne He was very informative & knowledge about the different model’s features and guided me to the choice I love - a Grand Highlander. He programmed my new car features and even made me comfortably using all the new features. He was vey informative and helped me decide to buy a new suv. Please note: I was there for an oil change and had no interest in buying until he got me to test drive. He is very persuasive in a subtle way that is so welcome in a car salesman. And very respectful with women that encourages purchase but does not intimidate in any way. Great experience at Daytona Toyota and I have told all my friends what a fabulous buying experience I had and will definitely buy there again! Thank you for such a wonderful dealership experience!
