I guess it is just because of the COVID 19. But things are not as they should be. Service adviser seemed to have more than he could handle. Was 15 minutes late for appointment and was sitting in line out are not as they should be. Service adviser seemed to have more than he could handle. "Not happy with current Service Advisor and Techician." "Service Advisor" should have review "Trained Technician" recommendation before presenting then to me. 1.) Please see invoice dated 12/12/19, #TOCS991 "Service Advisor" should have review "Trained Technician" recommendation before presenting then to me. 1.) Please see invoice dated 12/12/19, #TOCS991701 for service complete and repair recommendation estimate dated 07/01/2020. Please tell me you see what I see as a problem between the two documents? 2.) Maintenance indication light had been reprogram at the December servicing "Service Advisor" did without informing me. I requested to reset to old setting at this visit on 7/2/20. 3.) I always need to request that my tire stem value caps be place back on all 4 tires. This was my second visit with my current "Service Advisor" as I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt. Our first meeting in December did not go well and I'm not happy again with this last service visit. I have been coming here for the last 8 + years and have trusted everyone there to provide me with the best service for my vehicle until now. I would and continue to recommend Toyota but not happy with assigned advisor. I love my Toyota! More
