I recently purchased a 2025 Hyundai Palisade from Tulsa Hyundai, and I can’t say enough about the phenomenal experience I had, thanks to Thomas and the entire team! From the moment I stepped into the dealership, I felt welcomed and genuinely valued. Tulsa Hyundai’s commitment to exceptional customer service made buying my new Palisade an absolute pleasure. Thomas, my salesperson, was an absolute gem. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive, taking the time to understand exactly what I needed in a vehicle. He walked me through every detail of the 2025 Palisade, from its spacious, luxurious interior to its advanced safety features like the Hyundai SmartSense suite. Thomas explained the differences between the SE, SEL, XRT, and Calligraphy trims with clarity, ensuring I picked the perfect model for my family’s needs. His friendly, no-pressure approach made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. The 2025 Palisade is everything I hoped for and more! New car sales a scam. I was Buying a new Hyundai Tucson hybrid ltd and knew they had car I wanted, advertised both on kb .com and Edmonds.com at a good price. I am in Colo I was Buying a new Hyundai Tucson hybrid ltd and knew they had car I wanted, advertised both on kb .com and Edmonds.com at a good price. I am in Colorado They are in okla and let them know up front -needed it shipped-no trade-no financing, all cash. Sale. They first stated they couldn’t even give me out the door price, I had to press them on it- clarified again what I wanted and they then stated they could do it with shipping etc. I agreed to deal, they sent me deal sheet, all looked exactly as I requested.-price slightly higher that advertised , but still within my range. I called salesman thomas Flores to confirm I received deal sheet and said move forward. And accepted as is. He then let his “boss” “Sammy “ know to coordinate and Sammy then called Me back with Thomas 3 way call and told me he could not do the deal as this price was only valid if I did Hyundai financing. I let them know for the 4th time I was not doing financing, Nothing on deal sheet said I had to do financing and also that deal sheet stated “CASH PRICE” line noted. I said this is your cash price per your deal sheet and was told again that that didn’t mean they would Do this without financing.Sammy became aggressive with me over this when I pressed that I had conveyed in writing to sales that no financiing involved-even in direct email from sales specifically asking this question and Said no, all before deal sheet sent. I then stated To Sammy “so you are re-negging on your written deal?” He became belligerent screaming at me he had never backed out or renigged on a deal in his life, and how dare I say that. I Pointed out that is exactly what he was doing, and requested the name Of the general manager and I wanted to speak with them. He told me that was Daniel Albert and he wasn’t in. I asked if he could call me back, Sammy stated yes, I asked then when that would be-in a few hours, end of day, etc. he stated a few hours. I said it’s so odd that you won’t do this deal as this deal sheet was noted on the. Bottom as “prepared by Daniel Albert”, and I would ask him the same questions. He said “doesn’t matter, this is the deal and you can’t get it without financing, and if you don’t like it, don’t buy the xxxx car” and was Then hung up on. I then waited 2 Hours TIL close to closing time and left A Message on Daniel’s vm. No response. I left 3 More “calm and nice messages over next 4 Days asking him to contact me On a deal I wanted to make. No response. I have deal sheet should anyone want to see it along with emails confirming exact exchange below. . NOTE: Vehicle is Still advertised On both sites At same Price as of 2 weeks since this happened. Do not use this dealership. I should have read the reviews As they have a very low dealer rating and same sales persons and mngr involved. I’m glad this deal fell apart, as Who knows what would have happened if I did on their terms. I bought same vehicle from great Hyundai dealership in Salt Lake City for almost same price and nicest most responsive dealership I’ve worked with in 30 years. More

Thomas did a wonderful job except for telling me that the dealership would help me if something was wrong with my car after I left. He said that the dealership would stand behind their cars! I had an issue with the car on the second day of owning it. I contacted Thomas and he said his manager said it was "as is" and there was nothing they would do. I understand I bought a used car, but to have an issue within less than 50 miles, that's just crazy. Brant was terrible! Just seemed like I was bothering him. I didn't feel valued one bit. More
