Very pleasant Saturday morning experience Tom Merritt was very knowledgeable of the Subaru products and took his time with me & we took test drives on 2 different cars before my final decision Tom Merritt was very knowledgeable of the Subaru products and took his time with me & we took test drives on 2 different cars before my final decision. We finalized the sale & scheduled the delivery for Monday morning. Tom went out of his way to come pick me up at my home & take me to the dealership to pick up my new car. I have never experienced an act of kindness like this in all my years of buying new cars. More
