By the time we arrived, everything was already lined up perfectly, which made a world of difference. Once we sat down, Ryan took charge and kept the whole process moving efficiently. He was professional, friendly, and clearly knew exactly what needed to happen to keep things on track. Meanwhile, Griffin was out in the lot getting the car ready—putting the plates on and even making sure the tank was filled up. When Ryan finished up the paperwork, Griffin jumped in again to walk us through some of the key features of the Bronco Sport so my mom felt confident and comfortable with her new ride. From start to finish, we were in and out of the dealership in 40 minutes or less—seriously impressive for a brand-new vehicle purchase!
