We were looking for a truck with specific capabilities and Crisswell’s had 2 left in stock (end of model year). I spoke to the salesman by phone and through email and he was very encouraging so we set a time and came into the dealership. The salesman couldn’t have been more professional or helpful. He knew the details about the vehicle and calculated a price below what I’d expected. Since we didn’t need a test drive (this replaced a similar vehicle that was totaled), the sale took about 45 minutes. The meeting with the financing office was more time consuming but it also ended with what we wanted. We took delivery after a few additions a few days later. It’s good to see there is a dealer left that is professional and straight talking. I certainly would go back to this dealer again and recommend it to friends. More

Great New Car Buying Experience I saw an ad, went to their website, saw a Jeep I liked. I sent an email that I might go see Jeep the following day. I went later the next day and Ash I saw an ad, went to their website, saw a Jeep I liked. I sent an email that I might go see Jeep the following day. I went later the next day and Ash had already pulled the vehicle out and had it up front on the chance I showed up. Wow! I ended up buying a different vehicle but only after several hours test driving and negotiating with Ash who, of course, had to go back and forth with his manager. Hate that, but it’s common. Once we agreed on a final price, it was on to the finance office. Finance manager’s attempts to get me to buy an extended warranty were annoying, but again, I know this is common practice so no big deal. Once I signed paperwork, Ash took his time to show me how to use all of the features. I’m in love with my Jeep and highly recommend Criswell and Ash in particular! More

With a few options for Jeep dealers in the area (one down the street from my house) Connor made my leasing experience very easy and straight forward. With a few options for Jeep dealers in the area (one down the street from my house) I found myself back at Criswell to trade in my 2016 Silverado that I leased from their Chevrolet store. They were better on the trade price than another dealer I visited so with that we were able to make the deal work without breaking the bank. I have had a few Jeeps before and I work in the automotive business so I appreciate their sales team treating me like a customer all the way through the process while being mindful that I understand the process better than some. I definitely would recommend Connor and Criswell if you are in the market for a new Jeep. More
