Issac was awesome, so was Jesse and Paul was helpful in the end as well. Tiarre downright changed the terms of my contact. I have since fixed the issue, but they began by saying oh I signed, I showed have the end as well. Tiarre downright changed the terms of my contact. I explicitly stated I do not want anything added and told her no at every turn. Maybe I am naive but I am truly stunned that this could happen. Not just 7k in service contracts but she changed the length of my contact. Person to person, she knows what she did, she knows I didn’t want any of that, she knows I trusted that none of that was in the contract. And to think she changed the length of the loan! It bothers me to think she would do that to someone. It bothers me to think that nothing will happen for her actions. It feels borderline illegal what she did. I truly wonder if she altered the contact after I had signed. I guess if that is what happened , tiarre should be thankful I can’t prove it. There is a fine line these finance managers walk as they push warranties in most cases you don’t need and don’t want and warranties that do not save you money. This time I am certain she is over that line. They say the room was being recorded. I would give anything to sit down with them and watch and listen, then hear them try to explain how the terms changed and where the service contracts came from. At one point she asked if I would do one for 4 dollars a month and I still said no! I have messages to prove this, I texted my family right after she made that offer telling them about it and how I said no still. Date and time stamped. And yet they will argue but I signed. I hope I’m wrong and this is just my experience because I picture someone on a tight income, a small family, or elderly person and for them to have something like this happen makes me feel awful. There are many reviews saying check everything and get copies of everything! You absolutely should at the very least if you are forced to work with tiarre she downright cheated. She knows she did and I am glad I caught it. Sucks for Isaac, because I would have taken my parents to him. That won’t happen now, tiarre doing this cost them at least another sale and cost Issac money that he would have made very soon. I hope what happen was solely tiarre and not the company as a whole, if it was I pray that they will watch the footage, they listen to what was said and they reprimand her for this. I don’t think she should lose her job for this, unless she altered the contracts after I signed which is a felony. If she added the services then knowing that I said no to it all, quickly shoved the papers at me to sign, and if she misrepresented what I was signing, I hope it is addressed. I hope you don’t stand for that reliable. I will take this to the BBB along with the consume protection office of New Mexico. Just in case this becomes a repeat pattern, maybe I will be saving someone this stress and disappointment down the road. More
