I had been looking at Volts for weeks and have dealt with several dealerships and most kept playing games. I was a bit uneasy because I expected the dealership to start playing games like my previous experience. However, Ike and I got a long well and I never felt like he was playing games, very straight forward guy. It was like talking to a neighbor or an old pal working with Ike which put me at ease. The other good thing about Ike is he charged up the Volt before I got there, something that all the other dealerships failed to do, thus I drove the car in EV mode. Furthermore, I got to take the car for brief spin on the freeway, and that allowed me to see if it could handle on the freeway. After the test drive, I decided to buy the car and although the process took a bit of time I still had a positive experience. The F&I manager Tiki helped secure me a mega awesome interest rate on the 60 month loan. For that I say, the wait was worth it. She also respected me when I said no to the extended warranty, she never pushed it on me after I let her know I did not want it. All in all I was happy with the experience, especially after having told off the sales manager at the previous dealership I went to in Corona. Tiki and particularly Ike were a pleasure to work with. More
