I have been buying cars for 40 years. Probably about 14 cars total between me and my wife. THIS BUYING EXPERIENCE WAS THE BEST I HAVE EVER BEEN THROUGH. Vanessa was my guide through the Probably about 14 cars total between me and my wife. THIS BUYING EXPERIENCE WAS THE BEST I HAVE EVER BEEN THROUGH. Vanessa was my guide through the whole process. She answered all my questions throughout the process. She was the key to it all. She knows what is right and fair and she played no games. I bought a Land Cruiser that is in very high demand, there was no mark up. The MSRP was what I expected after “building one” on Toyota’s web site. Then she gave me a 1300.00 discount off that price. I then had the truck delivered to my driveway! For only 400.00 (225mi). Tim delivered the Truck and he was another delight. He helped me with some of the basic functions and told 3-4 great stories, I’ve never had more fun taking delivery of a vehicle. Between dealing with Vanessa and delivery I dealt with Jeremy. At other dealerships this is where you go into a small room with a “Spanish inquisition style finance guy who pressures you to buy all the stuff you don’t want or need. There was none of this with Jeremy. He politely offered appropriate warranties I asked some questions that he answered fully. I eventually declined everything and there was no pressure. He genuinely seemed happy to be helping me with the financial part of the process. I have already told everyone who will listen that they should consider buying a car at Kalamath Falls Toyota. Even though I live in Portland, K-Falls Toyota will be THE place I will buy my next Toyota. More
