Look nowhere else, but Newton Nissan I had bought a new Rouge in 2010 from Newton Nissan from a referral from a collision repair shop. I had a wonderful experience then. Fast forward to 2 I had bought a new Rouge in 2010 from Newton Nissan from a referral from a collision repair shop. I had a wonderful experience then. Fast forward to 2016, the service is even better. I bought my car in 2010 from the legend, Donny Mallory, who recently retired. When I heard the news, I was worried asking for the "first available salesman." Then, walks in Larry Carlton. Larry showed me a 2015 Nissan Armada Platinum in minutes, after providing him a heads up I was on a tight schedule. Larry was extremely patient riding with two kids crying and even crawled in from the back gate after helping install the car seats. After a week of looking up more information on the Armada (Larry provided) vs. a Tahoe, I called Larry and stopped by to talk numbers. Larry was very patient and never pushed me into any decision (unlike all other salesmen in town did the week earlier). Larry even let me take an Armada home after discussing numbers to make me feel better about buying one before signing the dotted line. The Armada we liked the most was perfect except the color (it was an expresso black vs midnight black). Collin Gervais assisted me as Larry was assisting another customer when I walked in. Collin was very patient and did a wonderful job showing the features of the vehicle. However, I still wanted midnight lack and it was not at their lot. On that Saturday, I talked to Larry in person about options to lower the price. Tim Clark quoted me a very fair trade in price for my two vehicles. They also matched another deal that was happening in Nashville. And to seal the deal, Tim found the color I wanted in minutes to be sent to Gallatin (which arrived two business days later). On the day of close, the finance team (Alex and Anthony) were very patient and helped me choose the right add on package. They were very personable. Finally, Larry rode with me in my new car to get the "rental" and helped me install my car seats before everything was finished. Larry Carlton deserves all the credit in the world. His knowledge of the product was superb, his customer service was top notch, and his can-do attitude ultimately sold the vehicle. As a car buyer, you expect to get the "royal treatment" when you buy a car. Newton Nissan does it every time you walk in the door. Not just when you are buying a car, but when you have services completed or even to stop by. I was treated fairly and the staff was very patient during a time when I was making a big decision. I trust the staff there tremendously and feel like I got the best deal I could (with no complaints on their end). Look nowhere else, but Newton Nissan. More
